Are you a licensed company?

Yes. We are licensed by Glasgow City Council and are a limited company based in the UK (number SC612190).

Is your service available day and night?

Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Are your prices fixed?

Yes. The prices are fixed for pre-booked transfers. But if there are any additional drop-offs, pickups or passenger requested diversions, there will be additional charges.

Can I smoke in the car?

No. We operate a strict no smoking policy in all our vehicles.

Do you charge extra for Christmas?

An additional surcharge of 50% will be added to our standard charge on the following dates: 25, 26, 31 December as well as 1 January.

How do I find my driver at the airport?

Our driver will wait in the arrival hall with your name card. Our drivers will enter the arrivals hall 15 minutes after your flight lands for domestic flights and 30 minutes after your flight lands for international flights. All bookings include 45 minutes of waiting time free of charge, after which a charge of £5 per 15 minutes will be applied to cover parking costs and drivers time.

Will I be sharing with anyone else/is the car clean?

No. We do not operate a shared taxi service and all our vehicles are cleaned before every hire.

Are tips and gratuities included in the price?

No. These are entirely at the passengers’ discretion.

Can you supply child seats?

Yes. We can supply child seats for all age ranges. Please let us know what kind of seat you require, based on the age of your child.
