Are you a licensed company?

Yes. We are licensed by Glasgow City CouncilĀ  and are a limited company based in the UK (number SC612190).

Is your service available day and night?

Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Are your prices fixed?

Yes. The prices are fixed for pre-booked transfers. But if there are any additional drop-offs, pickups or passenger requested diversions, there will be additional charges.

Can I smoke in the car?

No. We operate a strict no smoking policy in all our vehicles.

Do you charge extra for Christmas?

An additional surcharge of 50% will be added to our standard charge on the following dates: 25, 26, 31 December as well as 1 January.

How do I find my driver at the airport?

Our driver will call you on your supplied mobile number and once contact is made will meet you at the taxi pickup/drop off location for your chosen airport. If you are concerned about not being able to locate your driver or will not be able to travel with a working telephone number please call our office on 0141 3195344 to discuss our meet and greet extra, where for a small additional fee to cover parking and airport access costs your driver can meet you inside the terminal as you clear the secure side of the airport.

Will I be sharing with anyone else/is the car clean?

No. We do not operate a shared taxi service and all our vehicles are cleaned before every hire.

Are tips and gratuities included in the price?

No. These are entirely at the passengers’ discretion.

Can you supply child seats?

Yes. We can supply child seats for all age ranges. Please let us know what kind of seat you require, based on the age and weight of your child.
